Our approach to coaching
We offer one-to-one coaching for leaders at all stages of their careers, whether just starting out, changing jobs, or operating at the most senior levels.
Courvello can partner with you, as you face into the opportunities and challenges of your working world. Our name, Courvello, combines the Italian words for heart – cuore and brain – cervello. We believe passionately in the importance of coaching to connect head and heart and noticing the whole person.
Our job is to guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself and what is going on around you. We do this by listening, observing, interpreting and challenging. We have an ability to notice what people don’t notice in themselves and we respond intuitively to what lies beneath the surface.
Greater awareness and increased knowledge is generated through a Courvello coaching experience. This takes you from where you are currently towards where you want to be. In partnership with Courvello you will find the energy to grow, or the courage to change.

Between us we have extensive global experience in a wide range of industries and corporate cultures, as well as in a range of core business disciplines including sales and marketing, operations, Human Resources and Learning & Development.

Alongside our one to one executive coaching, we also offer consulting. This covers three key areas – managing talent, developing leaders and managing change. We bring our unique coaching expertise, insights and experience to our consulting work to help you, your team and your business make the most of the talent it has, to get your business where it needs to be.
